Longevity & wellness resort

Ritayana
Ritayana is a longevity and wellness sanctuary that brings Ayurveda, measured physical wellbeing and psychotherapy into one personalised stay. It begins with the Reading: a ninety-minute assessment of how the body functions, its Ayurvedic constitution and the mind. From that starting point, each guest receives a programme of therapies, seasonal food, movement and recovery, shaped around what they want to change - from sleeping better and feeling stronger to ageing well. The journey continues at home, with a personal Path, the same therapist and a fresh Reading at ninety days.
Why a developer chooses it
For a boutique hotel of 25 to 40 rooms, Ritayana makes wellness the reason to book, rather than an amenity used during a holiday. Seven-, fourteen- and twenty-one-night programmes create a destination for longer stays, while a three-night introduction opens the journey to new guests. Four seasonal resets, rooted in the Ayurvedic practice of Ritucharya, give guests a reason to return as the season changes.
Sanghvi Brands takes a property from feasibility and design through fit-out, pre-opening and operation. The experience brings together trained practitioners, Ayurvedic therapies and a seasonal kitchen, clinically supervised psychotherapy, one-to-one movement coaching and the app that connects stays. Our existing spa network introduces an audience already familiar with our care, while the Reading and ongoing aftercare build continuity beyond checkout.
The Reading. Six domains, one personal picture.
Eleven measures resolve into six domains, alongside an Ayurvedic reading of constitution and a conversation about the mind. The hexagon brings those domains together so a guest can see their starting point and compare it with a later Reading. It is not a single score or a claim of biological age. The first re-Reading is at ninety days, followed by twice-yearly assessments.
Capacity

Recovery
- Capacity
- What the heart and lungs can sustain, assessed through a step test, heart-rate recovery and blood pressure.
- Strength
- The force the body can produce and repeat, using grip, sit-to-stand and a loading screen.
- Structure
- Body composition, alignment and movement, including gait, balance and range of motion.
- Recovery
- How completely the body returns to baseline, informed by heart-rate variability and sleep.
- Digestion
- How the body takes in, converts and eliminates, read through Ayurvedic agni assessment and waist-to-height ratio.
- Steadiness
- Nervous-system tone, sleep quality and stress load, informed by personal heart-rate variability and breath rate.
A programme for what you want to change
Guests choose a concern, not a list of treatments. The Reading then shapes the sequence of Ayurveda, food, movement, recovery and care for the mind. Programmes run seven, fourteen or twenty-one nights; a three-night entry stay includes the Reading, a first sequence and a personal Path. Every concern connects to domains that can be re-measured, without promising a particular result.
Ageing well
A whole-person programme across all six domains, with priorities set by the Reading.
Sleep
A focus on Recovery and Steadiness, addressing the guest's experience of disrupted or unrefreshing sleep.
A quieter mind
Steadiness-led care with daily psychotherapy for guests whose minds do not switch off.
Strength
Strength and Capacity, with individually coached movement shaped around the guest's starting point.
Moving freely
A Structure-led programme focused on stiffness, balance, range and ease of movement.
Digestion and weight
Digestion and Structure, bringing Ayurvedic assessment and seasonal food into a personal programme.
Energy
Capacity and Recovery for guests who feel depleted and want to understand their starting point.
The mind, and the time between stays
The mind practice also leads Together for couples, Across generations for a parent and adult child, including family-business succession, and The Executive Reset, where the employer receives only the invoice. The Ninety Days provides twelve weeks of aftercare with the same therapist. Between stays, the app holds the guest's Record, a weekly Sketch and a personal Path starting with no more than three daily behaviours. Four seasonal resets create a rhythm of return.
