Darpan Sanghvi

Director

Darpan Sanghvi has been with the Company since inception. A qualified mechanical engineer from the University of Pune with an MBA from ESADE Business School, he began his career at nineteen as the youngest manager at Baazee.com, now eBay India, and later led strategy projects across Dallas, Singapore, Frankfurt and New Jersey for Celanese Chemicals, a five-billion-dollar corporation. He primarily oversees the business policies of the Company along with the other members of the Board.

Narendra Sanghvi

Non-Executive Director

Narendra Sanghvi is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. A commerce graduate from Pune University with an MBA from New York, he began his career in 1977 in a family-owned business and brings wide experience across steel, real estate and equity investments.

Disha Sanghvi

Non-Executive Director

Disha Sanghvi has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 2014. She is a graduate in Business Administration from Pune University and holds a Master of Science degree from the United Kingdom.

Sunil Lulla

Independent Director

Sunil Lulla is an Independent Director of the Company, with over three decades of experience across media, marketing, communication and management. He worked in advertising with J Walter Thompson in Mumbai, Taipei and Shanghai on brands such as Unilever, De Beers and Citibank, was part of the team that turned around the music company HMV, now Saregama, and co-founded the portal indya.com, later acquired by News Corp. He relaunched MTV in India, built the Times Television Network for The Times Group as its Managing Director, and has served as Chairman and Managing Director of Grey Group India, Group CEO of Balaji Telefilms and CEO of the Broadcast Audience Research Council.

Gaurav Agarwal

Independent Director

Gaurav Agarwal is an Independent Director of the Company, with around three decades of experience in corporate governance and business. He has held director and partner roles across retail, consumer and wellness ventures, including Premium Retail and Master Brands Retailing, and contributes to the Company's governance and strategic oversight.

Rohit Bafana

Independent Director

Rohit Bafana is an Independent Director of the Company and an accomplished entrepreneur with diverse experience across the energy, healthcare and consumer sectors. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune and a Post Graduate Degree in Bioengineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Director of United Chem Energy Trading Private Limited, engaged in the import and distribution of biodiesel and allied fuel oils, and the Promoter and Co-founder of Family Care Clinic Private Limited, operating in preventive healthcare and health check-up services, and Indian Naturals, a consumer brand operating and franchising ice cream stores. He brings expertise in business strategy, corporate management, energy trading, healthcare services, entrepreneurship and business development.
